I’ve run into a frustrating TikTok Ads issue lately, so here’s a quick record for future reference on Zidooka!.
When trying to launch several ads, the dashboard kept showing “Not delivering” followed by “Review not approved”, and no matter what I changed, the ads never entered delivery. I tried rewriting the text, swapping creatives, adjusting the LP structure—nothing worked. All variations ended up failing review.
The Error Message
TikTok kept showing this:
Review not approved
Thank you for advertising on TikTok. We regret to inform you the content was rejected for the following reason(s).
One or more ad creatives have been rejected. See ad list for details.
At first glance this looks like a simple “your ad creative violated a rule” type of rejection.
But in this case, every single creative failed, even after major changes.
It’s Probably Not the Text
I initially suspected the ad copy:
- Exaggerated expressions
- Restricted or sensitive wording
- Compliance-related phrases
I rewrote everything into the safest possible version, yet the ads were still rejected.
Given that all five creatives failed, the problem is unlikely to be:
- Just the text
- Just a single creative
- A random review glitch
Strong Possibility: The LP (Landing Page) Is the Real Issue
TikTok is notoriously strict about landing pages:
- Page quality and loading speed
- Domain trustworthiness
- Misleading or unverifiable claims
- Before–after style visuals
- Financial, beauty, medical, or “success model” content
- Content safety signals
If the LP violates any of these, TikTok will reject all creatives, even if the ads themselves look compliant.
And importantly:
If the LP violates policy, re-uploading creatives or changing text will NEVER fix the issue.
That’s exactly what this case feels like.
Current Conclusion: Needs LP Review
Here’s where things stand:
- Text changes → Still rejected
- Video changes → Still rejected
- Multiple creatives → All rejected
- 5/5 ads denied → Not a creative-specific issue
- Likely LP-related, or a higher-level policy mismatch
So for the next step, I’ll review:
- LP structure
- Claims and wording
- Visual elements
- Domain reputation
- Redirect/analytics behavior
Once I identify the root cause—or if TikTok provides a clearer review reason—I’ll update this report.
